Our McCordsville neighborhood consists of 608 homes and was established in 2000. We have a large playground, a covered shelter for events, hopscotch and a 4 square area, along with other games to play. Sidewalks align the community to provide lots of walking/riding room. Mt. Vernon school system is where most of the neighborhood children attend.

 

The neighborhood does have a Board of Directors that consist of actual homeowners along with a property manager. All positions are based on homeowners that have volunteered for the betterment of their community.
